Very nice job and I like the high contrast look of miniatures on the table. Really pop from 3 or 4 feet away.
Pixie Styx , I'm glad I'm not the only one
Excellent work for a "not too Shabby" painter. Someone will be very pleased to get them.

Good stuff.
Russians look excellent. I use Vallejo Ivory instead of white, it works for me and takes awash okay, but may not give the brightness you want.
Norman Smith next time I'm in store I'll pick up an ivory as I've heard quite a few use it
The Russians look great and I'm sure they will stand out on a battlefield. I think all your work on the green has paid off.Cheers
The Enigmatic Gamer cheers thxs for your comments sometimes the effort does pay off
Will you ever do the Perry miniatures Russian command got some cool characters in there
anthony read this video is two years old, I’ve painted but not based the perry Russian command set they are in my last couple of videos.
Lovely Russians. I think you're right to go for pop over realism. They're wargaming minis and do need to stand out.
WGRevival cheers thxs for that, it's how I paint all my figures, that scares some people but I love the colour
The Russians are looking very nice. Careful about making them too good though - it'll break your heart to give them away. :-)
Very nice, the green on the Russians looks great, not to bright at all.
Lee Hughes thxs mate I'm glad you like them
