The first time I heard it, I thought I didn't like the bits that had pauses and sudden dictation on the words. (For example: "cla-ssic-head-case", "just-can't-es-cape", etcetera) But as I listened to the song a couple of times more, it started to stick and sound very vibey. The electric guitar at those moments made sound so good.

Huh, these lyrics apply remarkably well to my current situation in life. Just stuck in place, falling through time with way too little progress made along the way to be comfortable with the trajectory. Only difference between my position and the one this song seems to describe being that my lack of progress isn't down to anything within my control. For me, it's just the combination of having an autistic brain, existing in a society that is terribly apathetic to providing stuff like an escape from daily sensory overload, and reaching one of those points in life where the brain rewires itself completely, which also removed what little input filters it had, making for an inevitable burnout. It's been several years now. But I know the amount of potential I have and I'm not going to let it go to waste. Even if all I can do right now is little more than watching reality move past me and thinking about the future. Considering it just made me go into this little ramble about my life, I'd say this song really hits the mark. Well done!

Another wonderful song, Derivakat is truly letting all the genres shine with her voice. Some of your songs really hit me hard with their themes and the words carefully picked, they feel like an embrace, a soft whisper of being lost and cursed by similar thoughts and experiences, not really knowing where's the exit from this madness nor how to find a better way to go about it, but at least knowing you're not alone.
Keep going, you're doing amazing! Congratulations on your first EP, it sounds absolutely amazing.

The lyrics are so well thought out and the tunes are always so catchy. Also the artwork is really really cool... Especially the scenes like the stars and planets. i just have to say the verses for this song, especially the intro, are sort of calming in a way. just the way they sound idk. not to say it doesn't fit for anger archive, in fact its perfect for it, but that intro is a whole other emotion on its own and i love it

The first time I heard it, I thought I didn't like the bits that had pauses and sudden dictation on the words. (For example: "cla-ssic-head-case", "just-can't-es-cape", etcetera) But as I listened to the song a couple of times more, it started to stick and sound very vibey. The electric guitar at those moments made sound so good.

What a good song to listen to when the year is starting
Huh, these lyrics apply remarkably well to my current situation in life. Just stuck in place, falling through time with way too little progress made along the way to be comfortable with the trajectory.
Only difference between my position and the one this song seems to describe being that my lack of progress isn't down to anything within my control. For me, it's just the combination of having an autistic brain, existing in a society that is terribly apathetic to providing stuff like an escape from daily sensory overload, and reaching one of those points in life where the brain rewires itself completely, which also removed what little input filters it had, making for an inevitable burnout.
It's been several years now.
But I know the amount of potential I have and I'm not going to let it go to waste. Even if all I can do right now is little more than watching reality move past me and thinking about the future.
Considering it just made me go into this little ramble about my life, I'd say this song really hits the mark. Well done!
