- Hi there! This channel does not generate any income so I apologise for any information that you may consider is inaccurate - my videos are created purely out of a love for content creation. The footage in this video was captured in 2019 and I share my opinions based on my personal experiences travelling abroad.
What way to better enjoy a European summer than a one week stint in the Tuscan countryside basking under the sun and sipping on vino? That’s exactly what we did! Follow us during this wonderful week, discover the hidden gems of Tuscany and perhaps plan your next road trip around this stunning region!
Breakdown of each location on the trip:
0:00 - Scandicci
0:50 - San Gimignano
1:50 - Florence
4:38 - Montepulciano
7:41 - Siena
10:34 - Greve in Chianti
12:21 - Lucca
We had our own rental car, and rented a house in the hills of Scandicci, which is on the outskirts of Florence. We based the day trips around our house location, some of which were planned, and others spontaneous.

Great video - fell in love with Siena
It's such a beautiful city isn't it! I hope I can make it back there someday.

Thanks Catherine ! Wish I could speak a bit of Italian, just browsed through your videos and I am very impressed !!!
Love Florence,we hire a little apartment a street behind the Duomo .. montepulciano is on our list to see next year.. 😂🇬🇧
“Ooh la laaaa” 💚😂
Wow❤
My husband and I plan on using Florence as the home base and doing day trips like you did. Are all the towns a full day? Or are some more half day trips? Thanks.
Sorry, this video Is incomplete because are missing Arezzo and LIVORNO ♥️ a beatiful and very important Town. Also are missing Pistoia, Bolgheri, Suvereto, Volterra and many others places. Ciao, w all Tuscany forever.
Yes, you are right, I wish I had more time there to explore these places you've mentioned. Hopefully next time!
Hi. Good video. We have rented what appears to be a similar house to yours. What is the name of the home?
Any royalty challenge to the music you added?
Good combination of food and sightseeing. It would have enhanced the presentation if prices were indicated for the various dishes.
Good work.
Roger
Good video?? LOL
She has not seen not even 1\4 of Tuscany, she pronounced wrong every name and on top of that made some stereotyped gestures you will never seen from Tuscans.
@@alessandrom7181 Thank you for the feedback Alessandro. I do not speak Italian nor do I hold myself out to be a Tuscan expert. But rather, I am someone who has travelled from New Zealand to give my impressions and share my excitement for your beautiful country.
Thanks Roger for this very informative feedback! Food prices are a good suggestion for enhancing presentation.

Thank you. Keep positive. I wish I myself had started sharing videos much earlier because I love it. I have no intention of monetizing. I just do it for fun. What I don't appreciate is when certain viewers don't understand or respect what others do and love to be negative. My wife and I have visited nearly 70 countries and territories worldwide and enjoy many other people's videos. We love Tuscany, having visited three times. Cheers.
Roger
You are from New Zealand? so you if you go far back, you are Irish?
Haha, I wouldn't complain if I was part Irish, they're such a lovely jovial bunch of people.
Hii
It is pronounced Lukka. The only possible pronunciation in Italian
Thank you very much for the clarification! I wish I had studied Italian at school because it is such a beautiful language.
Nice tour, you might ask for some help on your pronunciations.
Thanks, yes I agree about my pronunciations. I have never studied Italian, nor hold myself out to be an expert of this language.
Tighten up your facts…. A bit sloppy but A for effort.
Bad music, bad pronunciations, banal comments and just outward folklore.
Thank you Paolo. In any event, I enjoyed travelling your beautiful country as someone from the other side of the world (New Zealand).
