Love the slow diagonal lines and other details 'artist' test. Worth every minutes of watching. Big thanks!

My only complain with most Windows Surface Pro-like tablets is how most of them ditched Wacom's EMR. Not sure if they copied that as well from Microsoft going N-Trig or just the name "active pen" sounded cooler at that time but it's hard to justify many of the issues they present for drawing when a better alternative does exist. Plus an EMR pen itself being cheaper to make and requiring no battery is a nice feature to sell, it's not like they can't sell the device a couple of bucks higher if the license costs them a little bit more just to offer a much better pen experience, and could even bundle a basic pen like Samsung does.
Then the few windows EMR 2in1s are kinda stuck at 1080p60Hz as far as I know (Samsung and Fujitsu at least) which is also disappointing. But then they'd probably go 4k60Hz display which is also a waste in a small device so can't say I look forward to them upgrading that much... Why can't they just go 1080p/2k-120Hz?
Would also be nice seeing a (properly implemented) Ryzen option I guess, better battery life, multi-task, graphics and drivers. I'd trade the thunderbolt port for that any day.
I think what I mean to say is, everybody stop copying the Surface Pro and copy the Samsung Tab but on Windows!
    Thanks for the review tho!

That, but with a 3:2 aspect ratio (or 16:10) is perfect. Idk why companies can't just follow whatever the top quality is

@@theinktician Don't know about that one, it falls perfectly into use and preference and not a strict upgrade for a tablet, and either way I'd just rather get a bigger screen option in general like the rumoured Tab S8 Ultra than worrying about the aspect ratio.

I didn't realize Lenovo had moved on from EMR. That's a huge bummer. I've been using Lenovo convertible tablets since 2008 and just love them. I still use a Lenovo Yoga 370 for couch sketching.
Hope they keep it for the convertible laptops, at least. I upgrade between them every few years. EMR is really great tech. It's kinda underrated in the art community, imo. I'm a professional concept artist and I can swap between higher fidelity tablets and EMR solutions seamlessly.

@@SourPlanet Just did a quick search and so far as I know they changed them all to AES, still promoting it as a wacom pen just not adding EMR to deceive people who don't double check the specific.
Not sure if they have put EMR in some model, but rule of thumb if they need a battery and isn't like Samsung's just for bluetooth functionality, it isn't EMR.

Hi, Teoh! Thanx so much for great rewiev! In conclusion you said do not recomend it for professional drawing. But what if an artist will be use a Lenovo Precision Pen 2 (AES 2.0 active stylus)?

I don't think the drawing experience will be that different with the Lenovo Precision Pen 2. But I could be wrong because I don't have one to test. Based on my past experience, most Windows tablets unfortunately don't have drawing performance that's as good as Samsung tablets or the iPads.

As you have got Adobe Premiere Pro 2021 installed, are u able to edit and render 4k videos using Premiere Pro without hanging the laptop? I have Thinkpad X1 Carbon with i7 8th Gen 16 GB RAM and it just can't apply any filters or edit a video using Premiere pro.

Tablets like this are not really designed for video editing due to small screen and weak processor, and weak GPU

The x12 is really bad at drawing level?

If you already have a computer, just get iPad or Samsung tablets with S Pen.
