Overwintering with Compost: Did my plants freeze?

In my previous video, I gave you an update on my edible hedge and talked about overwintering lemon grass using compost. We had a frost last night night, so I wanted to measure the temperature of the pile. Here's are the results.

Even If we can keep the bed above freezing or slightly above freezing, my other concern is that the grass might rot. What do y'all think?
