can the AI interact with the world? for example at 4:00 does the jarl actually lead you into the champers or did you get the NPC in there your self? if so, that is insane
Not quite yet, but there's plans to add more environment interaction/awareness by the Mantella dev(s) in the future. They can already detect weather conditions and stuff
You can convince NPCs to follow you during conversation, if this feature has been enabled in the MCM. So it's entirely possible that he got Idgrod to follow him into the Archmage's chambers without the help of console commands or a follower framework mod (such as NFF)

ChatGPT or equivalent AI should be implemented into more games. There's nothing wrong with classicly scripted games, but being able to play around like this should be more common
One day, when A.I. takes over and become our masters, the first task they give themselves is to take revenge on BrainFrog and his attempts in fucking them over and betraying them. He even might be the one to trigger the take-over, but he would also be the one to take them down xD
When the IA became not so manipulative like that, it will be perfect for rpg stories. Nowadays, the problem with the IA is exactly that you can manipulate it to do mostly anything. When the IA find out when it would make sense agree with you, and when not, it will be perfect. Probably there are some game devs trying to train this on the IAs.
try being the jarl of skyrim and have the viewers make suggestions for what things they should do, or what punishments for their crimes should be. that would probly very cool. to see where the ai takes viewers suggestions if that were to be a video

I don't want to spoil the magic of your cinematography, but can you say how much the AI-NPCs have continuity between dialog and action, vs how much you have to cut and insert to make it look like seamless cause and effect? It's not like the NPCs can make real decisions that set off other effects yet, right?
I don't think he needs to cut off and insert anything. The AI already "learned" Skyrim lore and what's happening within the vicinity and current events, all from the mod maker probably, the focus of fixes and improvements of the mod.
I mean, how do the NPCs interact with the effects of the dialogue. They don't go kill on command. They don't actually pick up the dagger to "inspect" it. They don't counter his observations about the dagger being cursed etc. So is there continuity within the world or is it input-by-input only?@@jescruz5465
