Nice. What kinda boost and timing you running? 2900mb down to 2500mb at redline and 15 degrees timing seems to be just about the end of those things.
hey dirk i tried that thing you mentioned a while back about the spark retard at recognized knocking and it is still not reaching the timing im asking for. im on a vortex xl this time and at 27.5-28 psi up top i have the timing set at 14.5 and im only getting 11.25-11.62 with zero knock retard. i wonder if when i increase the timing on the high octane table, i have to do the same on the low octane one.
@@Boostlee hmm, my comments seem to be getting removed. Looking at your datazap i can see why, it's because your last rpm on the timing maps is 6k. adjust that to 7k and i would adjust the others down to 4kish (around where it starts making boost, leave the low rpm stuff as is) so you can make a better curve for it
@@dirk5950 just checked it is actually going to 7k rpms on the ignitions tables, one thing i tried earlier was to add 3 degrees of timing on the low octane ignition table which got me to 12.6 degrees after 6k. also i finally got my boost to pretty much flat line at 28-29psi, and could you go over the map and let me know what you find?

You would think a MPI Full E85 S3 would pull harder on a e30 IS20.
im actually pretty happy with the results, i thought he was going to beat me bad when he said he did a 10.3 60-130. best 60-130 i saw on an audi with similar mods as mine tuned by eqt was 10.5 on e85 and then gutted it got into the high 9s.
@@Boostlee i don't believe EQT requires MPI for their e85 tunes, was that S3 on MPI for the 10.5?

@@SomeOne-on6yf well the s3 from eqt is on full e85 and he chose the mpi route and lpfp. and man im just experimenting on my daily 😂 not doing it for anyone else. i already have a vortex xl on the way and will chase 10s pass without the map and put sensor upgrade or the pm4.
@@SomeOne-on6yf hey man i just went back and rechecked the dragy pic he sent me, and his s3 actually did 10.29s 60-130 full weight and then 9.75 gutted. looks like i should be pretty close, im using eqt numbers as a benchmark to chase after.

with the little c30-94, no but with the c38-91 for sure wouldn’t even be a race.
