Awesome man!! And it’s a huge jump you’ll be at around 380 (crank) and 400ish torque. If you decide on a downpipe stage 2 e30 you can bump it up to about 400whp and 420-430 torque which is an absolutely riot
No burbles or pops and bangs from the stage 1 burble tune with the stock exhaust system? Rly curious cause I might get it done with stock system and I'm going after some burble/ pops . I have the exact same car as u but on mag with the 19s
Could b rly helpful bro 🙏 maybe tuning the car stage 1 soon but want to see if u can actually hear some burbles/ pops cause that's the main reason I'm doing it. I'm wanting it to b very faint
@@yungcharq u can do it but it will screw with ur cats and its more of a very quiet burble. Trust if anything just do res delete with secondary cat delete and get the tune. That will b best n most subtle but again it will ruin that 1 cat u have left on ur oem downpipe eventually..
That’s awesome! Def one big thing too is the fact of the AWD vs the FWD as in 2nd geR for example the s3 will just instantly hook and go putting you back into your seat while the gti would most likely spin a little bit before hooking up so it’s a different sensation
Quite honestly not sure lol I really want to dyno the car stock and then dyno it with the tune just to see. I’m gonna be optimistic and say probably 320-330ish somewhere around there. It’s super quick and fun but I think I need more already 🤣
I did yes BUT tbh if you know you have a strong battery I wouldn’t worry too much it’s only a 15-20 minute process so you should be able to get away without using one
what was the price jump to go from your stage 1 tune to stage 2 im debating whether to go stage 1 unitronic and sit on that for a while since they are offering it on sale right now or just go straight to stage 2 i was just wondering what would be more cost efficient
If your end goal is to go stage 2 then I would wait tbh. It would be more cost effective to get all the bolt ons, on and then hop into stage 2. Unless unitronic offers a cheap retune free of like $100-$200 dollars. If they don’t however I would wait
No IE is great! Awesome products. Personally from what I’ve read up on and seen just EQT fit my wants more as they’ve been setting many records on their tunes. Rn for most power with reliability you can get is a toss up between EQT, sneeky & UM
Tbh I just wanna run an 11 sec 1/4 on stock turbo lol so whatever gets me there and then I want to do the EQT vortex XL turbo and possibly run some 10s
I ran a 11.96 you can check the video on my page, 1502 DA on the EQT E30, you can notice the nasty humidity on the foggy windows, only modes besides the tunes are downpipe and k&n filter, on a dragy with better DA I ran a 11.93 on 93 and a 11.72 on E30, so the chances are there to make 11s on 93, before you go to the strip I recommend practicing your launch on a dragy, you need to be between 1.79 to 1.81 60’ (dragy reads higher than the strip)then you will be really there, my best results are with the transmission in Sport and just let it do it’s thing, My best launch are on 3200 rpms, it will take a little practice find your spot. Work on that 60’ and Good Luck 👍🏻 I will be waiting for that video.
@@PapiAndrey around 115-117 on stock intercooler, I am vortex standard on pump now, between the Florida rain and my car being on the body shop for a month, I haven’t finish the tune yet.
So the stage 1 all together was…accessport, stage 1 93, dsg unlock and dsg tune. I bought it last year during their boost weather sale (going on now actually until end of the month and was around $1k for it all
Depending on your area and your emissions laws yes. Some people don’t really care and will drive with expired inspection others worry. Depends on your approach to it haha
Yes the AP comes with the Cobb maps loaded on it and I believe If you go to the Cobb website you can download more maps as well for free from what they offer for you specific car
i just found out your channel and really love your content. Just a simpel question: Is the EQT machine all ready pre installed and is it just plug in click and the staging is done or does it involve more steps.
I was so scared on not knowing on what tune to buy since they are so many so thank you I just ordered this!🔥
How much HP gain do you get from this stage 1?

Getting my A3 soon and your videos have been bless bro thank you!
You’re gonna love the a3. Great power for little money!
Cannot wait for you to start really getting at it going to the track too
Yes! Hopefully spring time
Looks quick man!
It’s quick and fun yes!
Very sweet ride
Thank you!
Looks like a blast to drive bro
It’s been great man!
Love that you got this man
Thank you!
Thanks for the video.

Super dope congrats brotha .... man I miss driving 21 but It did blow when there was traffic lol
hahah a year old video! i look forward to seeing what your initial impressions were, to compare to mine.
How are you liking the power of the s3 compared to your gti??
@@DArias its a lot more. even stock, i would say my s3 may have been quicker than my stage 2 GTI.

Can you put a stage 1 tune on a stock s3?
Absolutely!
Do you know how much power it’s making? In the first pull clip you did the numbers are jumping pretty quickly. I’m impressed to be honest lol

Ok good, I will be looking forward to that video then. Car looks like a ton of fun
It is! I can’t lie the car is so much better. 28psi on just a stage 1 with intake is great. More mods are coming though 😋
You used a tender for the battery?

Really enjoying your videos, very informative. Definitely think a s3 will be my next car. What year is yours?
Thank you man! And the s3 is an awesome choice. I have a 2017
@@DArias Wondering if you know the answer to this. Do you know which, if any, s3 years have ventilated seats? I am finding conflicting information.
I will be truthfully honest I’m not 100% sure on that. It’s a pretty common thing among the a4/s4 but I haven’t seen them on any a/s/rs 3
@@DArias Really appreciate the reply Diego.
@@DArias ohhh you dont have the facelift..
I like your cut G

Can you do their stage 1 e30 tune with an aftermarket intake ??
Yes you can!
rt 21 is my road :) always catch me tearing it up
This is Mexico 🤣😀 but hopefully I see you on that nice Mexico highway sometime lol

I absolutely could do that

Stop apologizing dude lol.

I bought everything straight from EQT
