When Eddie started rocking his guitar even the skies turned red electrifying . It was indeed the MOST METAL EVER

BTW before it fully kicked into Metallica's version of the song, that was actually Eddie's actor playing - he did the whole song, but obviously they only used parts of it
The character himself is a legend, too. He only had like 3 weeks to have learned that song.
Joseph is an extremely talented man
It was also a complete afterthought. Joe Quinn had been hired and the Duffer brothers just asked if he knew how to play guitar. He was very modest about his abilities. He absolutely tore it up!

They did a feature of his double though, who production said actually was the one shredding on guitar.
I love that they still have actors in the show that are dead in these nightmares.. like seeing Billy trying to break through that door. Felt awesome. I love seeing actors still utilized after their permadeath

When Eddie played the first 4 chords I thought “that sounds alot like Master of Puppets, no way they put that in the show” and then it kept going and I lost my mind!! I headbanged so hard I missed like half of what was going on
Makes total sense as Vecna has been the puppetmaster. Eddie went out a legend but I'm still devestated

I love how far Adam has come. To begin with, he didn’t care about Stranger Things; now he’s never looked forward to an episode more

Yeah, you can't get much more metal than shredding on a guitar in a hell dimension to distract a bunch of demonic bats.
My friend _just_ started watching the show, she's only a few episodes in and was so intensely confused when I said Steve is the greatest character on the show

That comment from Adam about "old school Sierra games"... Space Quest, King's Quest, Hero's Quest (Quest for Glory), Police Quest, Leisure Suit Larry.... brought back a lot of memories from the late 80s and early 90s. My personal favourite was Gabriel Knight Sins of the Father.
Yeah, man, yeah. I was a teenager in the 80s and I have wonderful memories of those games.

The Master of Puppets reaction is the main thing I'm here for.
Eddie was the true MVP of the finale. Plus the whole The Thing vibe when Murray lit up the demogorgons.
I wonder if it's possible to bring items back from the upside-down. They could grab the door from upside-down Creel house to replace the damaged stained glass in the actual Creel house. That would make Jay happy.
It is something that occurred to me too. Barring damage from the gates, it's essentially a copy of the way Hawkins was at the beginning of the show, meaning that everything that was in Hawkins then should be there even if it's gone now. Including the lab - odds are Brenner had a bunch of gizmos on hand to disable Eleven if he decided he had to, and they might still work on Vecna.

Little nitpick: Eddie couldn't have known how to play Metallica's Master of puppets as the record came out 3 days before Spring break of the school year 1985-86 so either he's a guitar savant or the show is implying that he wrote the song

**Dogs ride in a specialized compartment that is pressurized and heated**
The flight crew would’ve definitely seen them since their required to walk the hold before take off. The only way to really “hitch” a ride on a plane is in the wheel well, which is not pressurized at all so you will lose consciousness…and then inadvertently let go of the wheel well…and then fall to your death.

I rate this part of the finale as a good SNAFU: Situation Normal.. All Fucked Up. 'Fuckin Eddie is THE most Metallic Dungeon "MASTER" ever! 😈👹 🤘And Argyle man.. 'Dude is the most righteous bro-chacho for thinking outside of the box (maybe too much sometimes). 👌🤟

The Russians got the demagorgan and demadogs while in the USA. They were using the cattle prong Erica found and Dustin used in Season 3. They probably were exploring the Upsidedown while Billy and the Mine Flayer were busy terrorizing Hawkins. The Russians probably brought those findings back when they escaped, just like they did with Hopper.

I keep hearing that and I keep remembering that twitter tweet that said that the Duffer brothers originally wanted Steve to die in season one but Joe Keery convinced them to have him stay. tbh i don't know the full credibility of that but everytime they keep saying steve is going to die I just remember that and laugh wildly to myself.

My son and I were just discussing how much we love pineapple on pizza! We order Pineapple, Black Olives, BACON (NOT ham aka canadian bacon). It is so good! The sweetness of the fruit mixed with the tartness of the black olive and tomato sauce coupled with the crunchy savoryness of the bacon... mmmm its so good!!!!!
I don’t do olives, personal preference, but pineapple and real bacon is the way to go 💯
