Btw, you got yourself a new subscriber from 🇿🇦, this was so relaxing and inspiring. I always find self care showers very long and tedious, and because I am constantly on the run, I find myself putting them off all the time, never having the time to do them and just wasting a lot of products that would go bad because I never got the time to use them.
Yours was simple yet effective and very much achievable for a girl like me. I can see myself doing this every morning, maybe no the shaving part but this would help me keep up with the maintenance of my body.

hey girl! just a little tip:) for the gycolic acid from the ordinary it’s better to use your hands because usinging a cotton pad could OVER exfoliate your face and it could lead to breakouts, so just use ur hands lol

for me the body oil was so sticky, but i loved the palmers coconut oil

Also when it comes to lasting smells, what I do is use a hot rag and hold it on the areas I want the smell to stick (ie underarns) once it’s nice and hot then you wash. The smell doesn’t just rinse off that way. Try it

Just go with a deodorant everyday and a shower whenever you sweat. You'll be fine for the moment. As you grow you can start with body lotion and experiment with different products. Don't fall in the "i need 1 milion products" scam
For me i have curly hair so i need quite a lot of produvts but to make it short u need a shampoo preferably without sulfate but its ok, conditioner , a hair cream for me i like to use the ultra doux 3in1 like mask conditioner and cream i like tge blue one but the orange one smells good for body u need a bar sopa i like dove a shower gel any one and if ur feeling extra u can use a body scrub but make one with sugar body gel and any oil it works amazing i love it and then when ur out of the shower use a body lotion and Deodorant and ull smell good for oral hygiene u need to floss and to obvi brush ur teeth if u want u can dedicate a spoon to sfrub off that white gunk off ur tongue
Edit: i myself find it hard but smelling good really hypes u up do yeah hope it helps u and btw u shouldn't have sensitive skin or else some of these things might be damaging and irritating

I love hygiene and shower routines but can never do this much stuff to myself because of how sensitive my skin is
:( my dermatologist tells me to barely use soap on myself let alone exfoliate etc. but I feel so gross not washing everywhere idk what to do about it
Girl use a Baby aveeno or dr bronners baby unscented and wash your ass 🤢🤢
For exfoliating try the dove body scrub it’s made for sensitive skin and is really moisturizing but still lightly exfoliates and for body wash try baby soap if it works for babies I’m sure it’ll be fine

@@julissarodriguez6772 I never tried the dove before because I always loved scrubs that like SCRUB. I use tree hut very occasionally cause it does just that. But idk I feel like light scrubs do borderline nothing, maybe I’m wrong tho🤷♀️

i use dove any dove i use feels so right i am currently useing the dove beauty bar two different ones one for my body and one for my face it's a good thing that i don't have acne anymore i use the nivea cocoa butter lotion for my body and because i am a diabetic i use other lotions i haven't tried the new dove products yet

Yes she is... You only suppose to exfoliate once a week! In summer months maybe twice but not more than that! I see these videos with all this scrubbing and I'm like wt?! Take it easy ladies and gentlemen peace... .

You start Dry brushing as soon as you wake up 😩😩 Ohh girl you better than me cuz 😮💨
No disrespect at all...but you should try and use a White washcloth with a "stripping" soap such as Jergens...Dial....Irish Spring..etc... 1st. Your skin should feel dry(squeaky clean), because you clarified your skin to get rid of all the dirt and oil. THEN you use a moisturizing soap like Dove...Olay...Method etc(with your gloves or loofah)....to bring back the moisture to the skin. Many people use moisturizing soaps/bodywash 1st....(which is like putting lotion on dirty skin)....Many people also use a moisturizing soap/cream/lotion/oil everyday... which can cause layers on build-up on the skin....it's imperative to remove that. I had to learn this...I use to wash the same way back in the day...each one...teach one!!!

African net is the way to go I bought mine from Etsy the dry time is really quick and can be washed often not to mention I get my ENTIRE back 🤣
I use a long exfoliating net in the shower and wash it after every single use while in the shower. It should not hold bacteria if you're washing it right away. 🙂

15-20 mins but just showering no shaving, no exfoliating no nothings just using my loofa shower gel and bar soap

Water - soap - water: close to 5 minutes is enough.
