Just decompile/recompile it. Then you can launch it from anywhere. If only it were that easy. Normally you have to deal with dll hell. If you want to give it a shot, Snowman is the best decompiler I've found so far. You could use Ida if you like reading through tens of thousands of lines of x86 assembly language. The hard part about all of these is you lose comments and function/variable names become func1 and var1.
