You can glitch camera guard right now without spending a pager. Mask up, hack his radio and bump into him with a sprint. He will glitch and stay on one place doing nothing. But he may turn around so don't go in camera room anymore.

Not everyone has the skill and if you get spotted ur screwed but good method nontheless!

You can also melee bash him to do the same effect (radio still needs to be hacked however)
