    Biotin belongs to the family of B-vitamins. Biotin plays many roles in the body, one is which can possibly help patients with Multiple Sclerosis (MS).
    Biotin has been shown to play a role in regenerating myelin, which is the fatty, protective coating around the nerves, which gets damaged and destroyed when someone has MS.
