All counter strike 1.6 needs is a Ranked System (so ranked matches and ranking ladder) where you could know you are Global Elite or let's even say THE BEST PLAYER OF 1.6 (as it is in CS GO). Also they could add chests with skins and refresh gun layout to a little modern one as same as model of player. Also they could add "inside tournaments" for awards like small about of money or points for skins. Also there could be a possibility to create a team inside a "CS menu" be also a thing. Keep the rest same (spray of the guns and wallbanging) and 1.6 would be back.
