Carter was conscious, had a beating heart and a soul, soo... no contest.
This is a very fair question. I did live it.
Biden hands down worse.
Carter was very smart, cerebral, slow to move and weak in leadership. Very week. Also, his secret service detail all said he was rather rude. Strange for a Navy man. But he was honest, and had a good soul. No doubt.
I have not a single good word to say for Biden. None of it is even funny anymore, and decades of self serving solipsism. That is kindly phrased mind you.
Carter's "malaise" was swiftly addressed with directional re alignment by Reagan.
Biden's pathology and his lot will require medicine as nearly fatal as the diseases he has promulgated.

Biden passed Carter as worse long ago. Makes Carter look like a genius!

@@Cryptantha I like Carter somewhat. He supports good causes.. But Biden doesn't have 'empathy'. He does make things bad for working class people. But Joe is not a nice guy.
