@flyingdamingo Their facial expressions in the "This Old Man" Christmas version are brilliant - Barker's facial expressions, and Corbett's "drunk cook" voice!! True geniuses at work at their best!! :)
Hell, I miss these guys. Still got some of their work on cassettes and a vehicle old enough to have a player so I can listen to them. Nothing like this any more because there is no real talent. RIP 2 Ronnies and thanks for your wonderful entertainment ❤️
Absolutely fabulous 🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂❤❤❤❤❤❤There are brilliant, so very clever and so funny! They make looking being comedians so easy!! Magnificent 😂🤣😂🤣😂👍💯👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
@bigbouncybenjy Thank you so much :) I completely agree they were the best. I have been introducing my 10 year old niece lol she gets some of it she loved the One Ronnie "my blackberry's not working " sketch recommended if you.have not seen it its brilliant! Lol the only problem with this sketch is getting the tunes out of your head :)
Queen of hearts: "if your talking turkey im hope your aware the king of turkeys over there" Queen of hearts:*:)* king of turkey: butiful Queen of hearts: *O.O* LOL love that bit
I've always remembered it as "Who gave Jack that hunting horn?" Did anyone else think it was that? It's one of those weird Mandela effect things again. Look it up if you're not familiar with the term.
Lol, why would you want to get the tunes out of your head :) I go around school humming them to myself, lol. I love all the two ronnies songs, especially the ones where they dress up as women, they are usaully the funniest :P
Great memories... What is the real Christmas carol, they have re written the words for.. Tweedle dum and tweedle dee we'll both go off bang without warning etc .. Its bugging me...
Angela J I hope your ok in this strange and difficult time.x I am glad this has helped. You can’t beat the two Ronnies. I don’t know if you’ve ever seen the One Ronnie a special with Ronnie Corbett but there’s a fun sketch called something like ‘my blackberries not working’ I’m sure it’s on here somewhere. Not as fun or elaborate as this or their classics but worth a watch it’s a giggle.
@@flyingdamingo I'll check it out thanks, yes strange times... but I'm still hopeful and have faith that something really good will come all this. You take care of yourself and my Divine protect and provide for you and your family my friend xox
I asked that earlier, but people seem to think they're actually six different ones, rather than the same one replicated (though I notice only one of them ever seems to speak)
Just complete perfection! The height of British comedy!
Ronnie Corbett looks perfect as The Mad Hatter.
"Where's the White Rabbit?"
"He was the third course!"
Classic Two Ronnies ..... amazing comedy and humour
looking at various R and R clips I am amazed at how versatile they both were, sadly missed.
For some reason Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum exploding always makes me LOL! 🤣🤣🤣

The wordsmith quality is up there with Wilde, Cole Porter, or (my personal pinnacle) Tom Lehrer.

Thanks so much for uploading this - been looking for this for ages. Ah childhood memories!
1985, was on Chritsmas leave after first tour NI. I remember the song in Alice in her winter underwaer
For those that asked this sketch was released Christmas Day 1985
Hell, I miss these guys. Still got some of their work on cassettes and a vehicle old enough to have a player so I can listen to them. Nothing like this any more because there is no real talent. RIP 2 Ronnies and thanks for your wonderful entertainment ❤️
So glad you uploaded this, the Ronnie's were the best comedians ever!
The costumes are perfectly accurate
@MichaelKingsfordGray you're a complete idiot, darling. I have no idea what triggered your rude reply. Probably an overdose of something.
We might go off bang without warning 😂🤣
I've had this stuck in my head all day =D best thing I've ever had stuck in my head ^_^

I saw this last night on The Two Ronnies Christmas Sketchbook.
absolute classic
"Your hat is on fire."
"I'm smouldering with desire,
For Alice in her winter underwear."
"Wonderland!"
Christmas has never been the same without the likes of the two Ronnies, Morecambe and Wise. Even since the 90s, Christmas tv is just soooo boring.
Christmas-eve o dear me of to bed at half past three.
Christmas morning kids are up at dawn.
who gave willy that hunting horn lol

Queen of hearts:*:)*
king of turkey: butiful

LOL love that bit
musicwalubu I think that's meant to be Bernard Matthews
chris winfield
Meant to be?
That WAS Bernard Matthews.
I've always remembered it as "Who gave Jack that hunting horn?" Did anyone else think it was that? It's one of those weird Mandela effect things again. Look it up if you're not familiar with the term.
It comforts me to see that my comedic idol Ronny barker can look like my deceased grandma. All is well
Oh how I miss them - genius 🇬🇧🇬🇧🏴🏴

Does anyone else think Ronnie B bares a slight resemblance to Mrs Slocombe, when he’s dressed as the duchess.
I really enjoyed that!
Angela J I’m so pleased. It’s a lot of fun ❤️
@@flyingdamingo It lifted my spirits and made me smile. Thank you!

I accidentally turned on the subtitles for this. They really are spectacularly inaccurate.
That's how you know it's the BBC.
i'm auditioning for this play at my school
Julianna Mariotti that’s fab. Good luck ❤️
@@flyingdamingo Thank You!
No, it's six different gals.
Comedy geniuses! Sadly missed.
God, this $#¡+'s as funny as Tweedle Dee & Tweedle Dum pulling pranks & jokes! Woof! I wish u all a Merry Xmas!
Merry Christmas
@@flyingdamingo & a happy new year!
Which one of her? ;-)
@flyingdamigo I have all the episodes I would send them to you if I knew a quick easy way
they have forgotten the Chesire cat which was in the original show
I'd rather watch Fulham at home to crys...
...tal palace
Lol
Nothing like it today sadly
which one?
@Inkyminkyzizwoz Lol their genius
lol your so right I am glad I'm not alone : )
i don't think so, at one point when they're walking thru the forest they have different heights
Terkey?
May I ask which of the Ronnies plays which of the Wonderland characters in this sketch?
Corbett is Hatter, Cook and King, Barker is Hare, Duchess and Queen and I don't think the twins ever identify themselves separately
@@opheliaismyname9180it's actually both Ronnies playing Tweedledum and Tweedledee.
Although I love this video it isn't the full version. There's no Cheshire cat.
Either the ballet or María Callas
:D
At 3.00 mins, Ronnie Barker looks like Gordon Ramsay.
Who played Alice in this sketch?
Elizabeth Anson.
I asked that earlier, but people seem to think they're actually six different ones, rather than the same one replicated (though I notice only one of them ever seems to speak)
Of course there are 6 girls. However, only one of them is seen in closeup or heard to speak.
Who played the main talking Alice ?
Deano No idea but she looks a lot like Bonnie Langford’s nieces so I did wonder if it was her sister tbh.
@@BobMcMuckthe actress who plays the Alice that speaks is Elizabeth Anson.
@@TheSpinDoctorIt's actually Elizabeth Anson that plays the main Alice.
Who is playing Alice? She looks familiar . . .
Elizabeth Anson.
@@adammullanyAhh I see! Yeah seen her in a few things. Thanks for the info!
Didn't they just have one Alice replicated six times?
Its missing the cheshire cat did anyone notice
Nicola Pagett, as I recall
Who played Alice Prime?
Elizabeth Anson is the actress that plays the main Alice in this skit.
@@adammullany Thank you! She was very charming in the role, as befits Alice.
They dont make umer li kat no mor........It's now all sex shill in yor en doze ...
