It actually did work for you. It'll take time for what you're expecting because just in 3 months you can't solve entirely an issue like that but as i can clearly see it does the job 🤌🏻

I use it on the night when I washed them then I keep it for next day and then wash my hair 3rd day...

Try Azelaic acid
Tretinoin is recommended by the dermatologist for whiteheads...
Azelic acid is for red pimple marks
Salicylic and niacinamide is for open pores not for whiteheads
