most gems are 20/20, veiled life on both rings which at the very least won't be a budget option next league, char level in the high 90s. not saying this isn't a viable build or that it isn't strong, but these things don't feel consistent with '100c leaguestart viable'
you can drop rings like that from syndicate encounters they were like 3c on trade. they arent only made with a veiled chaos orb sir. and yeah i get the rest but you probably wont be doing juiced 80% deli t16 maps without lvl 20 gems and high 90s tbf

its 80% deli, its just about 50% more dangerous than regular maps, 100% deli is much harder
