HERE IS A LIST OF WHAT I USED IN THIS VIDEO: Deburr Tool SET- amzn.to/2ZvYkSx Countersink Deburr Tool - amzn.to/2Kdu3CE Marker Pencil - amzn.to/2ZELSjz (Doesn't rub off unless you want it to) Copper Hammer - amzn.to/2Km2MNe Square 12" (Yellow) amzn.to/339Gved Drill bit set- amzn.to/2ZxoyE2
The mudguard bit was a good idea, it even made the half hole look like it was intended! :-) And wildlife on the handlebar! And filming the piece falling on the floor...attention to details indeed!
I cant wait to see this thing finished. Easily one of the more in depth builds ive seen. Its really enjoyable watching you do so much fabrication of the smaller bits and parts that most people would overlook. Really sets you apart from other builders. Keep killin it my friend. :D
Hi Dan, just wanted to say thanks for the awesome videos! I'd been looking for a bike for a long time and you inspired me to go with the CX500. Picked it up an '82 a few weeks ago and am slowly getting it to where I want. Thanks for all the tips and details!!
Great! I follow a few channels like yours and iI must say You are the master of precision, details and fine stuff (sorry, my english is just not good enough for better description) Greetings from Croatia!
Excellent job.Just consider to cover the front side of the back tyre...If you plan to go on wet or muddy roads the back tyre will mess everything behind the engine ,including your legs . I customized a GL 400 similar to yours...
Great videos! I love the educational explanations and engineering thinking and workarounds you come combine in your videos. Everything one could need from "how to?" videos. I also have a questions regarding the rear fender. Was it stock fender you modified or off another bike? I like the shape of it and would consider using it on my Honda VT500E.
billiardballhead fandango yes I was going to do that but I’m not to worried about this build as it’s not a show bike but maybe on my other ones I will do that
Now you knew you wouldn't leave that fender like that, if anything because of the cutout in it. Also "On Yer Bike" a channel to check out. It's Doghouse Customs, you'll appreciate his "picky" style. I was wrong about the fender. Lol

Another great vid, coming along nicely m8 : )
Have you thought about running the tail light wiring thru the frame rather than thru those grommets?
billiardballhead fandango yes I was going to do that but I’m not to worried about this build as it’s not a show bike but maybe on my other ones I will do that
Love the channel. Where did you get that tail light and fender?
amazing bird - who is it? =)
Hey Dan what thickness of sheet metal do you recommend for electric boxes and cafe racer humps?
Also what pipe/ tube is that in the vice that you use for than clean bend to finish out that fender? Any information would be awesome. Thanks
Anup Venkatesh I’m not sure of the pipe size but the thickness of the steel is 1.12mm
Cafe Racer Garage cheers for the information. Love your channel. So inspiring
The horn should ideally be facing forward. Difficult to hear on the highway otherwise. Nice content as always though!😊

That bird was like "wtf is going on in here??" 😂😂
having a hard time with the playlist :( I was looking for the bike specific build list :( Everyting you do is fantastic though so wth.
