  • When culture, pride and passion run this deep, it's no wonder the All Blacks have been so dominant for so long.
WATCH: King's College, Auckland and Auckland Grammar School's traditional Haka exchange ahead of the 206th Land Rover 1st XV Rugby meeting between the two schools. Breathtaking.

Look at the cultural diversity of people participating in the traditional Haka. This is how the blending of indigenous people with the coming of immigration of outsiders. This is why NZ is the envy of the world, they may not be perfect harmony between these worlds but the incorporation of both shows how much respect they have for the traditional people who inhabit this land.

A great sign of respect and Mana shown by these young men. Challenging each other in a friendly rivalry through Rugby. There is no Mana in being disrespectful to our indifferences of nationality, culture or race. Only ignorance. Diversity is key to bringing mankind together. This haka is a pleasant sign of that unity by diversity.

I am home grown Maori from the East Coast of New Zealand. Bought up in a Maori Community - Whakaki, Wairoa but my ancestry is Maori, ( ancestor Kahunginu ) German ( ancestor Johann Hachem Smidt ) Scottish ( ancestor David Gemmell ) Irish ( ancestors John Welsh and Daniel O'keefe ) and English ( William Hooper Christy ). It is awesome like Bashir Hayek below has stated to see the cultural diversity of people participating in the traditional haka. It unifies the participants and sows good seeds of friendships which last forever. Kotahitanga in New Zealand and across the globe is the key to enduring global happiness. Ma te wa.

It’s called being a kiwi. You don’t have to be born here to be a kiwi. If you live in New Zealand and you love it here then you are a kiwi. Which means the colour of your skin does not matter. Maori culture are taught at school from kindergarten through to high school. Every public schools have there own hakas as you see here.

This is all about respect. Respect for each other. Respect for the opponents. Respect for the game. Respect for those gone before. It is a wonderful tradition and could do so much for those in our society that think respect comes with a gun, a punch, a colour on a jersey or a bad attitude. All our young people should be engaged in this positive behaviour as can only do good. Wonderful and thank you for posting. Made my day.

Scotland Rugby has gotten strong in the past few years along with the other UK nations with new Zealand players being eligible to play for those countries aswell as coaches thru to management helping to make them competitive and creating depth of players getn more exp and game time to match the likes of the all blacks. Where as Australia and South Africa are falling apart due to certain people tainting the sport in those countries. Scotland is a top tier nation along with many other countries now!
