I lived in a haunted house until I was 17 and it was terrible. My grandma and grandpa died there. After we moved out more 2 people died there. And we saw several strange activities. I hope this one is not really haunted, it would be a shame because the house is “to die for”. 🥴

They forget to mention it may cost up to 750k to restore the home. Plus property taxes and county taxes. It's a mansion so it's taxes are twice that of a regular home. Also in most cities homes like this have to have specialist to work on it as well as a certain Insurance for these homes. The purchase of these homes are not regular buys but Instead headaches and paperwork. If it original electric wire then it needs to be replace up to code. So In the end it's a crabshoot

I lived in a beautiful Victorian in Northern Illinois. My husband never saw, heard or felt anything. It was very old. It changed hands often according to the deed. One bedroom was so haunted, I wouldn't go in there. Constant activity. Several ppl who visited had issues.The upstairs was bad, a man hung himself up there. My cousins little girl asked if she go play with the man upstairs. Doors opening n closing. Tvs off n on. Water dripping from the ceiling , no plumbing above there. Cold spots , horrible smells. I saw a demon once at the back stairs from the kitchen. I'd go all the way to the other side of the house, to use other stairs. Our German shepherd, mean she was. Refused to go upstairs. My husband would drag her up, her tail between her legs , would bolt back down, peeing on herself.i was so glad to move back to New Orleans. Yes a few haunted apartments, but nothing like that house was.
It is a pretty old fashion home. It should be bless by the church so it be a peaceful place.

I'd buy it, restore it and turn it into a museum, bed and breakfast and rent it out for weddings and special events. If it truly is haunted I'd give ghost tours as well and let paranormal investigators have some fun. There is alot of ways that mansion can pay for itself.
