- I still like the handtrap build for tenpai but once we get the new support we might have to cut down on some hand traps!

You could 100% take out a pot and just main a thrust and it’s basically an extra pot, field-spell or whatever.
nah pot is way too good to take out lol I like thrust but it relays on my opponent to use a handtrap/monster effect and to also have a monster on the field.
Pot can deck thin and get the cards we are missing!
what you think of the yellow OCG monster ? seems like a good extender imo

why don't you cut mourner for veiler? I get why you don't want too many target HTs but veiler seems much better
I feel like mourner comes up a bit more than veiler but there can always be an argument for both!
@@KamonYGOI think veiler is better just because you can hit normal summons like a snake eye ash , dark beckoning beast, diviner/Lo, eglen, etc which are some of the most impactful chokepoints in the game.
@@KamonYGOalso veiler is a good target for your magnamut/druins if you macht agains snake eyes

id say so I just dont like that engine
it wouldn't really, every card in the deck should either help you OTK or help you stop your opponent's plays. There are very few exceptions where you play blowout cards in case you go 1st but playing anything other than fenrir/wraitsoth is not worth it.
@KamonYGO I like your deck profile, and raigeki and harpie's feather duster will be able to help in the situation of dealing with snake eyes, nibiru, and other situation that will prevent you from activating lightning storm.
@@fabianbeteta5795 yea im not much of a fan of nib so I never run it in this deck lol but overall I think this build is solid!
