Protective styling is my favourite thing in the world. When I protective Style I go hard. I'm not about a of week lasting style. I go a whole month The less I touch my hair the better and more length is retained. Loose twist allows me to do that. Which is why i love them.

I've been looking for a way to switch up my twists and I love this alternative. This style is cute and it does give off an illusion of fuller hair. I have shorter thick natural hair so the recreation of this shall be interesting.

I love your hair. My hair texture is a lot like yours. Im geowing out my hair again but this time i want to embrace its full nature texture so im going to try these loose two strand twist. I usually do regular two strand twist but thwy take forever to do lol

lowalker01 Honestly you should try it. It so much more convenient, not thinking how to style your hair in the morning. Its a get up and go.

How do you maintain this style, and for how long do you wear the twists? I do like loose twists, but I work out almost daily. The style gets matted within a week. What do you do?
msnnbc I keep this style in for 4 - 3 weeks .i maintain this style by moisturizing it fully once a week and leave it some type up updo style so the moisture last long as doesn't easily escape. But it depends how may hear feels i moisturize when needed. I work out daily too . Whats do you exactly mean by matting, like where does it mat, your roots or your hair in general.

How long did it last and how did you care for it?
i can make it last 3 - 4 weeks. Moisturize once a or twice a week. I left it in a one style so no moisture was lost
