I found her channel and started wearing loose twists for a year, and they are the TRUTH!!!
I can swing it, shake it, pony tail it, its volume and length!! And it's your hair so no need to buy anything or add in hair or extensions. A comb or just fingers and when your done, your done. It takes me two hours that two movies back to back and I'm done for at least 3 weeks with maintenance. Then refresh or retwist the twists and your good for another 3 weeks. No weight on your scalp, head and neck.
Just keep those loose twists taught in a bun with a bonnet when you go to bed to keep that length and your good!!
Easy take down, detangle, cut ends, wash it, dry, twist it and stretch hair as you twist, done. Go on about your day.
Remember my 4c ladies, if you keep the manipulation low(hide those edges) and the hydration high= growth!!
What does "hide those edges" mean?
@@MT-yx5cu I meant don't put traction(pulled tight in tight bun) or pressure on the edges with a lot of lack fronts or hats let them grown.
