Christianity started in the middle East and Europeans adopted it. The Roman soldiers in Jesus's time were Italians from Rome where the current pope is. Jesus when he was born was sent to Egypt in Africa to hide him from King Saul trying to kill him. Guys don't use the slave trade and the wicked Europeans to try and talk down on Christianity and what he did for humanity.
