HONEY LAYER CAKE -LITTLE BEE- A cake full of memories!

My dear ones, this cake full of memories is very dear to me! My mother and grandmother used to prepare it and today it's my turn. My children are now just as delighted as I was in childhood. It literally melts in your mouth, it's soft, fluffy with a pleasant texture and the sweet-sour taste makes it irresistible. I hope you like it!

Ingredients:
4 Layers:
2 eggs
8 tablespoons milk
4 tablespoons honey
30 g melted butter
200 g sugar
2 packets vanilla sugar
2 teaspoons baking soda
approx. 600 g flour
Cream:
1 l milk
6 tablespoons sugar (100 g)
2 packets vanilla sugar
6 tablespoons semolina (100 g)
vanilla essence
200 g butter at room temperature
For the middle layer:
300 g thicker raspberry jam
For decoration on top:
powdered sugar
