There is more apple here than dough, which makes the cake tender and creamy. Now I'm just doing apple pie! This is the best apple pie I have ever eaten.
Recipe:
2 eggs.
A pinch of salt.
100g of sugar.
Vanilla sugar.
70g butter.
150g kefir.
250g flour.
1 tsp baking powder.
2 apples.
Baking pan 24cm.
Bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 ° C.
