How to solve this problem.. Shall I not charge band for 2 , 3 days?
@@snaxxrishi8526 I have done 2 things: first I let my band to remain uncharged for two days. then i charged it. and second, fortunately, after a few days I received an update for my mi band 5 and my problem was totally resolved. at the time that I'm writing this message my mi band's battery has 18% battery after 38 days with minimum functions on.

I Purchased mi band 5 today.. And charge it 100% after 60-70 mins of using.. It's battery was 15%..its battery drain rapidly
Same thing, i purchased it today and after charging to 100 percent, within 60 mins its already 30 percent
@@sunnymishra4523 mine band battery backup improveing.. Today it give 10 hrs backup.. But still it is very bad.. Avr battery was 14days

Sir I had brought mi band 5 yesterday day
I just got my mi band 5 yesterday , and I charged it to 96 % but after setting up the band withthe phone and in a few mins the battery reached 73 % . Is there a problem in the mi band or should I get it replaced

No don't get it replaced.. i also hd replaced my band bt the same problem had accured so do 1 thing is dat charge it to 100% till it shows " fully charged "on screen and den use it for 2-3 hr and den again repeat the same thing battery will get a kick nd it will be ready to show its high performance actually it needs some battery cycles and ha my watch was manufactured in july 2020 and i ordered it on aug 2021 so u all also check ur manufacturing date and pls let me know haaa...

I recieved my band 3 hrs ago it was dead for God know how long so I chaged it 100 then paired with app. In only 15 min it's already 90 percent and it's a repeated issue as I exchanged this band from Amazon which I bought 6 days ago. I exchanged it cs I saw nearly 50 percent drain in 24 hrs . Now what to do??
yes this happens since u got fresh piece with a dead battery, the battery will improve with few complete charge cycles. if still no improvement then go for replacement.

3 days is quite less, try the experiment. if still doesn't work then go for replacement or claim warranty, anything less than 6-7 days means bad battery.

@@harshaldankar bro ,after doing some charge cycles from 26 July my watch now holds charge for 10 days .I think it's pretty good. Manufactured in 2020 july

I charged my band yesterday for the first time to 96% ..now in the morning it is 77% ...is there any issue?
seems ok. but let the battery drain to zero and then charge again to 100 percent. let the battery solidify chemically with few charge cycles. also look into whether u set the heart rate reading to 1 min that wud explain the drain.

Now when I charged it yesterday after it came to 2% to 100% ...it became 80% after one day use ...(very mild use with every battery reducing feature off)..
I charged it today nd in 10 min i lost 10% also manual was missing

@@unboxingfame9318 change it to 100©💯 perfect 100 and dat for 2 times den it will work properly.. it needs a kick to show its performance! I used my watch with all features on for 7 days !
My mi band 5 worked very well at starting, but after 3-4 months, battery when fully charged lasted only 1.5 HOURS! (Note that do the minimum use) then when i check heart rate or any other feature, suddenly the brightness increase and in 5-10 sec battery is totally drained (0%) and it switches off.
Also I have noticed that when the power is off and I charge it just after connecting to charger it ALWAYS shows 98% charged
(note that I have turned off the every minute heart rate feature, don't keep it connected to Bluetooth, and I do the MINIMUM USE!)
Please help me fix this🙏🏻
I think your battery calibration may be out you can recalibrate it its a whole process. Check my video on recalibration of mi band.

My band 5 drains completely in 90 mins. I got new band from service center twice but same issue. The original one lasted for 6 to 7 days

I let the band off for 2.5 days and after 12 hours the band battery is 80%. Is it normal?
some discharge is possible but 100 to 80 is bit more.

The Mi band 4 is way Better in Battery than Mi band 5 and Mi band 6 ....

And the next day it's off
u need to calibrate your battery, check my video on battery calibration it will tell u how to calibrate the battery and help it last longer
I have an issue with the Band 5, constant vibrating until the battery is completely dead, even though I have tried to do a factory reset, to no avail.
there cud b hardware or software issue, if its hardware then there is no solution. software solution is updating the band or reinstalling firmware.

@@tab3yg7er you need to use dedicated app from the playstore which may force install the firmware to the band using bluetooth. a simple google search may help install.

I bought mi band 5 a few months ago. It's battery used to last for 13-15 days however now I have to charge it weekly. What should I do

I changed all setting bt my battery drains within a day🥺
if the battery is draining within a day then there is some fault in your band since none of the bands in the mi band series die down within a day or even 3 days.. even if u turn on all the functions still your band should last about 5 days.

@@nandhini0139 this isnt right looks like there is some issue with the product to bought, faulty product is possible. try reclaiming waranty if you bought from some local hardware shop. hope it helps.
@@techrev40 i brought it from mi shop nearby, they told me to replace it with service centre...cuz of lockdown service centre is closed...so i contacted mi customer care they told only 10 days warranty for manufacturing defect...dont know what to do now....

If the band has been physically damaged then less chances or if charged using high wattage charger !! Other than that try to keep it on charge and wait. If no luck then i guess its done!!

My mi band 5 just arrived yesterday and after charging it just drains rapidly! It cant even stay 3hrs , the battery just dies
