I’m a vegetarian with an annual USJ pass, can confirm the best options are the cheese/mushroom pizza set at Louie’s and The Three Broomsticks in Harry Potter land has tasty potato and leek soup with soda bread! Have yet to see any vegan options…
Also, highly recommend the themed desserts they have in the restaurant opposite space fantasy, when there’s an anime VR ride, e.g. Kimetsu - Some of the best desserts I’ve eaten in Japan!
I will be so disappointed if they don't bring over the food for Super Nintendo World! It seems Halloween Horror night food is popular so maybe Hollywood/Orlando will give themed food a chance?
It seem the koopa shell would have been so easy to bring over, just replace the yakisoba with spaghetti. Could even make the bread itself garlic bread.
Just got home from school with this new video awaiting for me nothing could be better!

I hope you ate all of this in one day. A couple of these reviews I have definitely taken note of, although some of your no’s, I’m still gonna eat. Not gonna lie. I’m sorry but macaroni danish pizza, I have to try even if I know it’s terrible. Super useful video, Chris! Thank you for everything you do. So excited that Japan is reopening. We were already saving, but it’s so much more real now borders are open!

I’d say the turkey leg is great if you’re living in Japan cuz as a resident, seeing turkey in stores and restaurants is RARE. It is a little pricey for the size but I love the turkey leg personally.
And I’m surprised you didn’t mention the shark meat sandwich. It’s fishy but it’s absolutely delicious.
Huh, that's odd turkey would be rarer in Japan. My guess is maybe its not as popular of a meat and might be harder for natives to work with cooking wise. It's a guess. Turkey here in the states is usually easy to come by, mostly in sliced form for sandwiches. It's really only during the month November you'll see whole turkeys for sale. Before and after is harder to come by, but not possible. Still, $10 for a turkey leg is kind of steep, but then again Disney charges the same thing, 11.99 + tax and is considered a "snack".
@@UrSammich it’s actually under $7 with the current yen rate. But yeah Turkey really isn’t a thing here at all. That’s why KFC for Christmas is so popular, because it was the closest thing to the traditional American Turkey dinner available in Japan. I don’t think I’ve ever seen turkey for sale or on a menu here now that I think about it. Maybe subway has it but I haven’t eaten at a Japanese subway so I can’t confirm or deny.

Yeah I was thinking that too, and that price is wild, in many American theme parks that would be double the amount. Also they have a cute accessory!

We did our USJ food tour after reviewing your video! The Kinopio Cafe was so worth it! The wait was too long on the 1st day so got there early on the 2nd day. The blue Jaws cake was small! Shark nuggets and Clam chowder good there. Minion snacks so cute!!!

Chris, rewatching this with kids. Question about the unlimited drinks, is it disposable cups? Do you get a new cup each time? Australian parks always make you use the same cups and they are a pain to carry around because they don’t seal well.

I’d love to see a video about fashion in the Tokyo parks. You seem to dress on theme in merch but in this video the people in the background looked generally plain. Are Disneybounding or couple/group theme shirts popular?
Former Season pass holder to USJ: I love the Turkey leg. The Dragon's Pearl is the best price, I love eating there. Though I'm a season pass holder, I just hit up the Lawson outside the park for food usually, with a season pass you can go in and out.

They should bring the unlimited drinks with the wristbands over here to Hollywood 😅cause these freestyle soda machines are such a pain! It’s so annoying when the cups don’t register and people always ask me for help when I don’t deal with the machines. And then others who don’t buy the reusable cups and think they can still use it with the paper ones.
i liked the turkey leg when i had it, its just really expensive and the aftertaste was eh. quite salty too, if youre into that stuff (and have the money) then go for it. if you dont like really salty foods skip it.

hopefully the shark thing wasn't real shark and it just for effect, because how sharks are done is terrible. Ooh, and I think a good park vid been wanting to see from you is all the mouse desserts at the parks in Japan, since Japan seems to have all these mouse based desserts at their parks and in the US we don't really have those XD
The cheesecake mario hat would be so easy to bring over. And the drinks! Some of the choices for nintendo world america is strange, americans would go wild for so many of the food options.
I want the Mario strawberry shortcake to come to the US parks more than any of the food that's actually in Super Nintendo World.
