My line training instructor in the Marine Corps was 5'2 160lbs. If you saw him on the street you would think you could whoop him. I was 6'3 215lbs and of course he picked me as his test subject. Before I knew it, I saw clouds and dust floating over me. The point of my story is, never underestimate another person based on size and looks!
Light in his feet, better footwork, better speed. Plus he has as it seems learned new moves. Andy is in top condition and absolutely belongs in the top 👋👍
This guy is so talented its unreal. Could be the most talented heavyweight in the division. If he can keep his discipline and get a another shot at the title I would love to see him as champion again.
@@wakeup3987 LOL, shit kills me everytime. But that Windmill hits hard af. dont wanna be on that other side of those shots. Still lol @ windmill tho! haha.
Agreed. I like Andy's speed and counter punching from his fight with AJ. Really sad that he barely did anything in the rematch. Was so bored watching it live. But also that he is now more fit and is training with Canelos trainer!? He's got a good chance.
If Otto Wallin and Steve Cunninghum gave Fury all he could handle, I dont see why Andy cant be just as or more successful, perhaps even pulling off an upset, btw Cunningham was a blown up cruiserweight who dropped Fury on his assparagus. We wont know till they lace em up.
@@sanctusdeuscruor6219 to be fair, I think Fury has improved a lot since the Steve Cunningham fight. And Cunningham is I think in the cruiserweight division. And stopped fighting for a good long time. They probably won't ever fight. Otto wallin was good tho. I hope to see more of him soon

Silly interviewer. Ruiz sparred with Holyfield when he was one of the best pound for pound fighters on the planet. And apologized to Holyfield for catching him too hard.
The more you train the better you become the more you read the bible a better man u become in life humbleness, respect understanding makes a difference in life.
Hopefully he isn't too overly aggressive being lighter, his timing that hand speed and distance management makes him dangerous with that plodder stylee
You dont have to run after anyone in boxing, just gotta work on and improve at cutting off the ring "effectively" and not follow guys around, this isnt new to boxing, its actual ring craft for pressure fighters, unfortunately it isnt taught as much nor emphasized in this new era of boxing, cause now theres a build in excuse that your opponent ran.
There's no way he is like Mike Tyson. Mike Tyson was faster and stronger and his defense and techniques were much more refined. No disrespect to Andy but you cannot label a fighter that is in no way like another fighter.
L'ets see some sparring footage now. He looks good shadow boxing and hitting heavy bags but you know boxing secrets are not being hit, choose right distance and timing. How can you say he'll be champion again from a shadow boxing and few footwork?
Dude yo dude your name Ruiz next to Mike Tyson stop dropping names dude you ain't that you never will be that you're just trying to sell this menudo. Mike Tyson!? did you ask him about that.!?
The way he moves is great but he's too easy to figure out, he's a rusher now, comes at you relentlessly, the top guys would tire him out and finish him.
More importantly, the man is not afraid to get hit and let his hands go.
Andy is only going to get better, faster and more powerful.
Humble and all heart in every aspect... Good guy..and truly Champ material...
Gotta love this guy... so humble!!
He’s gonna be a heavyweight Legend once he beats Fury, Wilder, and Joshua again
I hope so I like the way he fights

Fury is too tall and has the reach advantage but Ruiz has a good counter punch so if he can slip in he could be a problem and he’s fast
