Excellent video and great editing, bought myself a 250crf for some green laning but i'm a bit old for it, think i'll sell it next year and get a Panda. Son will be happy as he loves his non 4x4 one.

Thanks for the Video. Which of the new 4x4 would you suggest? the petrol or diesel?

It depends what you want from the car. If you plan to take it off roading/green laning like we do, I would save some money and go for a petrol Mk3 (2005-2012). If you want a car for mostly road use with light off road, a Mk4 (2012-)would be a nicer experience and for economy the diesel is the obvious choice. People who own the Mk4 TwinAir do seem to enjoy driving them and the 6 speed gearbox is better suited to off road work by all accounts.

Hi I am looking at a mint condition 2006 panda 4x4 but need a bit of advice regarding petrol....do you have to use E5 as most garages in my area only supply E10 , any advice welcome, thanks

I use E5 in both of my 169 (Mk3) Pandas. I don't do a lot of miles though so it's not an expensive precaution for me. Plenty have used E10 without issues.
