I really want to thank you mattman because without people like you that show how positive it is possible to be while playing a game that can be so infuriating really helped me to push forwards. It always felt so nice that no matter how my day was going I could always look forward to a video of someone just genuinely enjoying their favourite game and that idea is what got me to the end. I wish you the best of luck in everything you do.

Hey matt, what tier 4 is the one that feels the least tier 4 to you? Mine is pyromaniac, I mean, even though it gives you healing with explosions there isn't all that much ways to exploit it or make it as useful as all the other items from the tier 4
@@lola_the_staffy it would go crazy if it was the pre release version of the item which didn't decay the stats at all current one makes it so you get 33% less stats from the item every subsequent proc for the room i made it like that because it would be too op on bosses like hush and wouldn't feel like a q2 item

I feel like Ipecac doesn't get as much love as it deserves, when I started playing Isaac back in WotL it used to be my 3rd favorite after Poly and Brimstone. The fact that you can down hosts with the poison is crazy good

Man my recent run i got dr fetus as lilith with no range so i already was scared, then i took that eye ball thingy, ya know? That one from the devil room that makes a marker appear on the floor. Yeah it made my range HORRIBLE, then i got the wiz cap and i was like why not... I died lol.
you should do a video rigging with the lost and pound of flesh. You can get pound of flesh just hope you get a shop with restock and then you just get every item in the game
very off topic but they should make 2 transformations where if you get 3 size down items/pills then you can enter curse rooms for free and get a speed up, conversely for 3 size ups, you can destroy rocks and such by walking on then and you get a damage up

If you have Damocles with Rock tumbler, grab a quality 3, and then pop it in the secret room on the next floor, Damocles should give you a quality 4 secret room item as your second item since it takes from the item pool of the current room. I was hoping you would try it 😢
