This is exactly what it was like getting a first drivers license in the DMV in South Florida when I was like 18, even down to the oddly overweight woman on the desk who was wearing a pink shirt and managing the computer/register. It was literally like that. Being 18 I was almost naturally high all the time and it was just a small memory however, I was able to go there, get it, since then I just renew online anyway. They still reuse my image from when I was 18 and change the image a bit, even though it's been nearly 10 years now and I look probably notably different.

At the real life DMV they frequently offer people the option to sign up to be organ donors while getting or renewing their licenses, since it's a good place to get people to sign up since pretty much every American needs to go to the DMV. (Thwre's a shortage of replacement organs in America for surgeries, so it's a good idea.) To clarify, to sitn up to be an organ donor only means that a person is legally willing to give up all their organs if they die in an accident or something. Of course some paranoid people believe that that means the doctor's won't try as hard to save someone if they got injured in a car accident, since the theory is that if the doctors let that person die then they have more replacement organs to give to needy people. This show is making a wacky joke that that local DMV office in th3 show is only asking people to sign up to be organ donors so that they can later steal the peoples organs.
