I do mine with hard boiled eggs and chives
Or I've tried it with 4pkg. Of beef noodles
And add 4pkg of brown gravy and frozen meat balls it's really good like stroganoff.

When my 3 siblings and I were in high school and middle school the show Iron Chef was popular. We would each get 1 bag of Ramen noodles and a set amount of time and free reign of the kitchen to compete against eachother to see who could make the best version. It was a mess and a hysterical blast and this video brought back those memories. I love this! ❤️

We love ramen in our house! I agree that those flavor packets do not add much flavor. When I make ramen for myself, usually chicken ramen, I add a half teaspoon of chicken Better Than Bouillon and a few shakes of ranch seasoning. That's just for a quick lunch. I definitely want to try these versions!

To the broth I add 1 packet of the seasoning, soy sauce, garlic, onion, chili oil, miso paste. I top it in the bowl with Parmesan cheese, red chili flakes, nori, and a soft boiled egg. There is a noodle dish i like to make for kinda like a brunch dish. I start out with putting n a little butterm garlic, onions, and some bacon bits. Let simmer a minute or two to let the flavors blend, dump in the cooked noodles and stir around to coat well. Then, the odd, but delicious ingredient....2 or 3 beaten eggs. Its like frien rice, but with noodles. Not sure if I saw this on pinterest or if it is just something I experimented with, but it is good.
You can really do so much with those bland noodles.

A quick 5 min recipe. I'm from Utah and we have Wingers out here. They have a Winger Amazing Sauce you can buy, kind of sweet with a hot kick. Cook your ramen (without the seasoning packet) add frozen mixed vegetables to the water and drain. I then add diced rotisserie chicken and green onions. Top with 1/2 cup of Wingers sauce. So easy and taste great.

I love Ramen for lunch on a cold day with the flavour packs. That's because I like it as soup. I could eat soup for every meal. I do add onions or soy sauce to punch up the flavour. I also break up the noodles when they are dry in the package. I can't use chop sticks, and it saves my clothes from sloping!
On another note, I received my Aunti No Nos order, and am loving it!

I cook the ramen. I use my seasonings. Garlic, sesame oil, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce. I put a scrambled egg in. Green onion on top then a left over chicken tender cut up in bite size pieces heated up. It’s a ramen bowl. Extra protein. I also might add mixed veggies if I have them or even left over veggies of any kind. Just a few.

... Not a big fan of Ramen but sometimes want something quick ,,easy or both .. usually have Ramen in my camp box as well ..
.. add a sandwich or grilled cheese and makes a quick meal .. or adding chicken pieces or fresh caught fish makes a pretty good camp meal ....
... Enjoy your meal ideas and try to use one or two each week to make up my own quick picks .... you have many so there's plenty to choose from ..... anything with leftovers ,, usually gets dehydrated and vac. sealed for a camp ,hike or fishing trip ... Thank You for what you do ..
.. and a thumbs up to Steve for all his input .... good times start in the kitchen ..

Great suggestions. These are great meals for me! I recently had dental implants, and can only eat soft foods for 3-4 months.

I agree about the taste. I usually drain the liquid and add some Chinese stir-fry sauce for flavor.

Mandy, I tried the sesame garlic ramen tonight. I added a small piece of hamburger meat that I cooked in the microwave smashed flat on a plate 2 minutes and I broke it up and put it in the ramen. I also added on the top of my ramen Tabasco sriracha oh my goodness! If you haven't tried the Tabasco Sriracha try it you and your family will like it!

All 3 of those looked amazing but I do have to say I can't handle that much heat but the rest of it sounds good. Poor Gracie Lou didn't get her cheese but maybe next time. Thank you Mandy for giving some great ideas on Ramen and we'll see you next time.

I always add. Green onions. Hot sauce and soy sauce. Sometimes. Peas or broccoli etc. add that stuff in there lol. Bulks them up and makes them taste way better!!

I am editing my comment to add I just noticed how close you are to 200,000 subscribers! Congrats and well deserved 🎉👏
I use the flavour packet quite often but what I do is drain most of the water and sprinkle most of the flavour packet over the noodles with a pat of butter and perhaps a drop of sesame oil depending on the flavour of Ramen.
    Mmmmmmmm Firecracker Ramen 🌶🧨🎇🌶
I think that will be the first one I try but I’m loving a lot of the suggestions in the comments below so I’m going to try those as well. Thanks everyone ❤
