  • After buying the Eheim Quick Vac pro Automatic Gravel Cleaner, I realized it's capacity to clean bigger fish tanks was kind of limited because its purpose is to be a hassle-free solution for aquarium cleaning and quick spot maintenance. I guess the weak suction force is to hinder the vac pro from sucking up gravel and maybe little fish as well. In my 600lt fish tank, I do not have gravel. So I can afford making my vac pro more powerful for faster cleaning, and in this video I'm showing you how.

Yes probably, bought it in D.R.Congo Kinshasa. Everything is extremely expensive here because of taxes that go up to 100% of the value of stuff and people wanting to make 100% or more on the stuff they sell. Now in 2022, things are getting better.

Why didn't you just disassemble it and rewire it? No need to cut it open.

My question is not meant to be sarcastic. Please tell me if you did it and show me how. I just looked again but the case is one peace. No way to open it unless you enter from the baterry case opening. It being very dark inside, I didn't want to break anything, so I chose to cut the case open. For me it was the easiest way. Maybe they now have models you can easily open (unscrew)¿
