Monette RAJA LT PLUS - Demonstrated by Charlie Porter

Part of a series of videos demonstrating different models of Monette Instruments. In this series, Charlie Porter plays the same excerpts on a variety of Monette instruments.
Some excerpts are included twice: once with the audio from a close-up microphone (close mic) and again with a microphone further away from the player (room mic). This is done so that the difference can be heard between what the instrument sounds like up close and what it sounds like from a distance.

The LT PLUS is slightly heavier than the XLT PLUS (and the MF-STC), and it has a thicker, richer sound and a more locked in feel. It is more secure than conventional instruments similar in weight, but versatile enough for any playing situation. It is about the same weight as the most well-known mass-produced trumpets, but with twice the sound!
The LT PLUS is made in both RAJA and non-RAJA configurations.

Charlie sounds great! This horn seemed to slot pitch center to pitch center the best so far in all the horns he's recently demoed.

Charlie sounds GREAT. The only time a trumpet makes a sound is when you drop it.
