Interesting video and it must have taken a lot of effort to get the information/locations now, thanks for uploading. It is shame to see the old pubs and houses gone, a little updating for modern convenience was all that would have been needed and be sympathetic.
Work there as a subcontractor for the 1984 revamp of the main hot strip mill, and as a trainee engineer in 1975. Nice place, even better when Wales won the rugby.
dont know if you guys gives a damn but if you are stoned like me during the covid times then you can stream pretty much all of the new series on instaflixxer. Been binge watching with my girlfriend these days :)
always find it astonshing that 3 actors ,each of which could be argued where the best in the world at there time, came from port Tolbert and the surrounding areas . Rob Brydon is actually a very good actor to and better than some give him credit ,but up not to the other threes level ,yet .
My father worked there in the 60's and 70's. Best years of his life ..
God rest his soul.

Port Talbot is my favourite town in South Wales, my least favourite is Neath, what a dump that has become
Neath is a terrible place, even the Roman's buggered off !
