I’m back editing after hearing about the bang part, I fucked up a couple summers ago and was regularly mixing bang energy drink and like loading creatine into the bang and downing the mix. I did that for like 4 weeks and started lowering the creatine adage because of the loading phase being over and I was regularly working out either 2 times a day for 2 hours or once a day for 3 and a half hours, I looked amazing, felt decent. But then I started getting this incurable shin splint from football and working out but I persisted, ended up pissing fucking orange, like the orange color of some school buses, and I didn’t think it was bad, just needed more water was my thought, but my aunt took me to a doctor and they said I had elevated KC or CK levels or whatever and that when they tested my blood they thought I should stop creatine and bangs so I did. Just kept the workouts the same but had the same problem keep arising, so they piss tested me and I was told that my muscles were breaking down into my kidneys and it was causing them to bleed and change the color of my piss and the solution was to stop working out. Talk about depression man I had to stop and get a doctors note to my coach for exemption from team workouts and just do practices but I lost so much muscle from what I gained before I fucked up with that loading and mixing and time of workouts. TLDR; overloaded my body on bang and creatine mix, overworked my body, caused my kidneys to fail briefly, got depression from not working out, continues to have body dismorphia due to gains lost.

Loading creatine is a thing, it reduces the muscle saturation from about a month to a week. There's no reason to continue taking increased dosage after this, you just piss out any excess.
What bothers me with lots of those pre-workouts is that they'll say a dose is half a cup and a dose will be 350 mg of caffeine but then they give you a full size cup and they'll sell it to children the kids not going to read the back the kids going to look at the cup and scoop an entire cup I mean that's what most people would think to do

Creatine went into my kidneys, blocked it's intricate vessels and was causing failure. Had an IV of just saline/water around the clock and it took over 100 hours to flush all that shit out. But i guess you dont have to worry with g fuels 0.000001 gram of the stuff,
