I think the Centre Pillar in the Cellar will be a hindrance while taking a U-turn. Taking the Car out also may be a problem. What is the plan to drain out rain water during heavy rain. Only a live demo of the constructed building can give us a better picture of the features. 🙏

Bro Just Make A Bore. Like We Do In Farms. No Pumping is required. Just Make a Bore With Submersible Boring Machine & Make the slope of the Flor to that water outlet, No water will ever Be Logged.
