What do I need to look for when searching for a chiropractor that does the sort of thing you do with the massaging and scraping etc. Are there specific things I need to look for words wise? I get a burning ache/pain in my shoulder and neck and massaging helps but I'm starting to wonder if it's skeletal not just muscular
You're looking for Graston Technique. If you google it they have a site that you can find a provider that does scraping. I found a local chiro listed but I haven't made an appointment yet.
Go to a physical therapist and not a fake gypsy doctor that does a practice that has been proven not to help anything

I've never seen anyone else combine massage, cupping, gua sha, rolling, etc., with chiropractic. It makes so much more sense than just adjusting and leaving everything around the bones in crisis. I have so much neck, back, shoulder, hip and leg pain. Wish I lived close. I'd be in her office on a regular basis.

Great video Dr. Mondragon. Pretty young kid to have so many knots in her mid and upper back. I had no idea that the average age was 22 for herniated discs but it does make sense though.

Chiropractic adjustments have made it MUCH easier to sit up straight. Now i do it without thinking.
