I think we can mark this one as the first real shift to a new tone in Archie Sonic comics.
This issue, Geoffrey is just out staging Sonic in every way, he looks down on him as child.
He gets those cheesy one lines that cool guys say in a spy movie.
Plus Kissing Sally twice out of nowhere and in front of Sonic.
He is literally Mr Steal Your Girl to a another level. 😂

Kindly and respectfully, I'm fairly certain it's pronounced "die-nuh-mac", not "die-nam-ick". Otherwise, fantastic video as always! The Archie reviews are always such a pleasure to see in my notifications.
Yeah, I agree. It's most likely supposed to be "dyna-MAC" and not "dynamic".
Is “St.John” ‘s name based on “Austin St. John”?!
With so many men in universe thirsty for Sally, she wasn't a love interest, she was a trophy to be won.

Actually, in the earlier issues, the characters didn't really have much in terms of age. Geoffrey was assumed to be about the same age as the others.
@@SaiyanGamer95 Maybe. Though forcing a kiss on someone is still pretty creepy.
@@101Youfail I wouldn't call it "forced" per se. He kisses her and she moves on, largely unbothered. This issue was also released in 1995 and how story-telling and romance/flirting was depicted was different back then.
I rather like Geoffrey Saint John he’s loyal serious competent and becomes kinder as the story goes on as for the love triangle it makes everyone look bad I’m glad it got dropped
