Just ordered the Air 5 about an hour ago and I'm watching tons of videos to get ready for its arrival on Monday. I'm so excited! I got it in the blue, too. It looks a slightly different shade every time I see someone with it. I can't wait to see how it actually looks. Also got an apple pencil 2, a paper feel screen protector, and a case.
How are you liking the Air 5 so far and how is the paper feel screen protector? I considered getting that type of screen protector, but the reviews of what I checked out had too many cons. Could have been the brand or other issues.

The best thing about it, is that you can turn in into a full-on laptop that works for any app, as long as you have the right commands! All you have to do is go to settings, go to accessibility and select keyboard. Turn on “full keyboard access”, and from there on, you can select “commands” and set up commands by pressing different keys to record different actions such as swiping or tapping! This is a really cool feature (especially to all you Geometry Dash players)!
I didn't like it's portrait split view it can be more improved by doing it top-bottom instead of side-by-side

I Absolutely love iPads and I’ve been used to them since 10 years ago, they can do a lot of cool things, and they’re very accessible for people with vissual disabilities like me. I can easily take notes using the braille input keyboard on screen or a braille display, serch the Web, work with documents, get organized, play media content and a large ETC thanks to Voiceover, and the Apple notes app is amazing.
The new iPads Pro / Air are even better, full screen format, a great sound system, the fastest chips in the world and Siri text to speech neural engine voices, which I love them and I use them a lot.
I repeat, I absolutely love iPad, and, the Pros are even better, I absolutely loved my iPad Pro 2020 that I bought in the pandemic at an Apple discount for college students, and I unboxed my new iPad Pro 11in 4th gen since 1 month ago and I’m loving it

Hey! I just got my iPad Air fifth gen about two weeks ago and it’s freaking amazing! I haven’t really owned an iPad since the mini gen two, which I actually ended up selling after about nine months anyway… So for me the updates and the new form factor with the slim bezels and everything is pretty freaking magic still. And I mean that… But I do have a question; how the hell do you make the pinch in copy on iPad and then, pinch out to paste on iPhone… thing work!!?

1. You must be signed in to your Apple ID on both devices(The same Apple ID on both of them).
2. The feature's name is handoff and needs to be enabled in the settings of both devices.

I’ve had my iPad Pro for over a year now and didn’t know about several of these features. Awesome video!
Something that should have been mentioned about using a usb stick is the drive does have to be formatted in either: FAT, FAT32, exFAT, APFS, or HFS+ with a single partition for the iPad to use the usb stick. I was trying one formatted in NTFS and it recognized the drive but it was READ only. After I formatted in exFAT, it recognized it and was able to copy immediately.

I know that seems to be the case for a lot of devices; imagine the nightmares doing this with PSPs or early smartphones (Palm, Android, Windows Mobile/Phone).

I just got one, (coming from iPad mini 4).
My big take away from this was swiping up from bottom left to take a screenshot.
I was still doing it by pressing off button and volume simultaneously, which works, but is clunky, to say the least.

Hard disagree on the pencil being accurate at converting scribble to text, it gets mine right about 20% of the time. I turned Scribble off and only use the pencil for apps that have a good use for a stylus, such as ProCreate or games with a lot of drag-and-dropping.

Plug in an earphone!! I have bought several adapters that SHOULD allow me to use my earphones, but none of them work. I don’t like wireless earphones. I even bought several earphones that have the usb c plug there supposedly for my iPad 5, but they don’t work either!
