Vehicle is interesting..admit it was not aimed at my demographic! Part transportation. Part toy! Lot of thought put into a lot of features. Nice colors, interior, infotainment and engine/transmission operation, sound, etc. This is an "image" vehicle and comes at a great cost.Medium sized Ford dealer near my home has a huge inventory, even a few Maverick pickups..some vehicles being offered with an $18 or $20 thousand dollar discount!! There is even a Hybrid Maverick, mostly base model, hiding in one row. No special offers there! Now you are talking my language! Nice review, you know your "stuff" and are also a vehicle buff..good work! Keep it up!
I have that exact bronco except mine is a 2 door OB cloth seats (which I prefer) and the lux package. I also have the 4A setting (AWD). The V6 is awesome! Power for days and I feel like I'm in a rocket when passing on the highway. There are no feelings of "am I gonna make it?" when oncoming traffic is in the distance. Plus, it's a smooth engine and sounds incredible when you lean into the gas pedal. It rides nice on the highway and the 10-speed transmission is mated perfectly to the engine. The heated seats are nice and hot and comfortable, with good leg room for taller folks. Had mine almost 2 years and no issues. I leased mine back in 2022 but may just keep it once the lease is up. I paid a lot less back then as they kept upping the price. Great vehicle!

I would take this over a Jeep, and the more-expensive Defender
