- I love Robin. I wanted to create a video about him and his parents, but it was a little more challenging then I thought it would be. It was still a lot of fun : )
Oh, and by the way....I KNOW THAT BRUCE IS THE ONE AT THE GRAVE. PLEASE STOP TELLING ME THAT. I WOULD KNOW, BECAUSE I MADE THIS VIDEO. THANK YOU. And also that there are clips from The Batman.

This episode is definitely one of my favourites from YJ, Dick honouring his parents by continuing the family tradition one last time was just the perfect ending

A few weeks after the Graysons were murdered and Bruce Wayne adopts the orphaned dick, then all of a sudden batman starts running around with a kid calling himself Robin. Not that hard for anyone in the circus at that time to figure it out

Dick is witty and funny, so that's what I like about him. Jason is very based on anger, bad tempered, not the biggest fan of him. Tim, he's got a little bit of dicks wit, but he also has a little bit of Jason's strength, so in my opinion Tim is the best robin but to me Nightwing is the badass of all of them

I love Dick Grayson, Nightwing is not only the best Robin, but one of the best superheroes ever, period. Not only did he manage to leave Batman's shadow and become one of the best leaders in all of DC, but he's almost managed to combine Batman's crazy will and determination with a sense of Optimism and hope for the world and the people he deals with.
I could kiss you for that, you spoke my mind! Dick is, indeed, a true Golden Boy of DC

I always kind of wished Teen Titans did an episode like this about Robin's past, even if he didn't directly tell the other titans about it or just mentioned his parents. Especially because you got to know about Cyborg, BB, Raven and Starfire's lives. So I was super happy when YJ did this episode.

Keep in mind that teens titans does not have that style something like that is not what the shoe was about, hell unless you payed attention you wouldn't even know it was dick most people think
He was eather Jason or Timm. It won't happen unless we get a story arc around tony succo. YJ may have back story's but keep in mind teen titans followed the comics. Both have advantages and disadvantages
Plus I don't think it was needed everyone at that time new about it, batman forever, BTAS,The batman were all our recently so it would have been beating a dead hourse

@Rick I don't think theres any company that would go completly without any safety. I know for Cirque Du Soleil they use a harness system instead of a net(It's really subtle so not distracting for the audience but still keeps the flyer safe).

The moment when you realize, the only person Batman and Robin trusted in this universe with their identities, was Wally West. No one else on the team knew who Robin was except Kid Flash.. until later on when he becomes Nightwing and Wally is gone. Really says alot about Wally's character.

The "Flying Grayson" poster is from Batman the Animated Series!! And I love that they put that in, just like I loved that in The Batman the poster for the Grayson's featured their costumes from BTAS! I adore little nods like that ^_^
dude, Haley is amazing, knowing that it's Dick and not saying anything because he realizes Dick probably wants to hide or remain unknown currently? Also probably realizing what it means to be here and what this circus means for his history? So wholesome and caring, only reveals it at the end in a comforting way.
Not gonna lie, when Dick was falling to his death my heart skipped a beat.
Good thing Superboy came in clutch with the Baraell or that could've ended very badly for dick.

The first Robin is Dick Grayson (YJ season 1) and is Nightwing in season 2. The Robin in season 2 is Tim Drake.
Dick is such an awesome character, both as Robin and as Nightwing
The more skilled Robin was Dick/Night wing then Damian/robin came. Those Two was the best Robins ever.
Dick was acrobatic.
Jason was a street brawler.
Tim was the detective Robin.
Dick was the best of em. He's the only one bruce trusted to be Batman when he was gone.
Tim and Steph are my faves though. Damian seems a bit impulsive, hm?

I love this episode. Dick was the coolest in the show.
This was almost too sweet that the ringmaster could recognise Dick and yet chose not to question him, simply expressing his pride of how the boy's grown up "well". I think it's sweet how YJ included a bit of Robin's past because it sheds some light for fans who might not know the whole story and it also portrays a scene of vulnerability for Robin. Which i feel is good because this is in contrast to Robin's typical strong characteristics. This kind of reminds viewers that essentially he's still the same circus boy behind the mask, behind the antics and skills, he's still A YOUNG BOY at the end of the day.

Anyone confused about whether Robin's name is Dick or Richard... Dick is a shorter way of saying of Richard.
His name is Richard Grayson his alias is Dick. Like people calle Pete to a guy named Peter, is a nickname.
Actually Dick is a shortened version of Richard I really don't know how it got to that point but my dad's name is Rick so I guess there must be some correlation.

This video is almost exactly what I had going on in my mind when I watched this episode for the first time. I watched Batman when I was younger and it was one of the only episodes I remember. Great job!

Dick Grayson will always be my favourite Robin. He learned Batman's code, was a good friend and mentor to Tim (curious about his relationship with Jason) and was one hell of a character. Young Justice works so well with his story. I also love how Wally knows about his past, especially since this is such a personal detail.
I love how you used the The Batman (2004) show for some of this video, it was a really good show just like young justice, both are so awesome. I also loved how the guy recognized Dick and mentioned how he grew up and how the Graysons moves are unforgettable, kind of a good father figure to Dick 😄😁

Yes the flashbacks are from "the batman", Dick is a Greyson and lost his parents in that Circus. Answering wolfs question Dick Greyson is robin but later on became nightwing. Out came a new robin later on aka Tim. Theres more than one robin

This episode is heartwrenching.
Performance was the greatest episode. We got to meet Jack Haly while the team was covert. I also love Rob---Dick Grayson hinting at his past. At least Wally wasn't there.
All in all, amazing job!! I loved it!!

I just realized in the beginning after dick fell and they got to the other side, he wasn’t sweating, he was Crying! Crying thinking he was going to suffer the same fate as his parents, and having to relive that moment agian. And when Haley said “some things never change, like the sight of a Grayson on the trapeze, can’t fake that, can’t hide it” it’s one of my favorite line in the show
