I lost my comment. I have followed your advice. I live in a condo on a golf course and under the covered patio, i have a dining set. A sitting area and in the open space i erected a pergola which i have my grill and another sitting area. I love it.
Micah, I have been watching your videos for a couple of years now. I love watching them. I think my outdoor living space looks nice, but when I see the ones you show, I feel mine is lacking.😊 I live in the Houston area. I would love to use some of my outdoor space for games and such, but mosquitoes and other flying creatures attack. I have an 800 square foot patio that is screened in, but I would like to have play areas but that comes at the price of being eaten alive. Even when we use the pool, particularly at night, those little buggers come to get us especially when the pool lights are on. So when I see the really nice open yard destinations on your site, all I can think is, “What about mosquitoes?” I recognize different places in our country do not have the same problem, but it is a concern for many.
