I have a small yard & we have very cold windy fall, spring & winters. So having a hottub outside isn't very comfortable for half the year! Plus, many tubs require special electrical outlets. So I put mine in my double car garage! I can use it all year round. I enjoy sitting in the dark, play classical music, & can open the garage door when the grandkids want to splash around! It's especially nice when it's raining! The concrete floor is ideal & drains into the steet for cleaning!
Sir, you do not know the joy of talking a hot tub in the middle of January when its 2° outside. Go under water then just sit there after you come back up. As you sit, your hair freezes & you have a nice ice hat. LOL. You can go jump into the snow for the Scandinavian method or just go back inside. Hot tube in the winter!
What brand of composite decking to you prefer around the hot tub? I’m looking at Deckorators mineral based decking and timber tech PVC.
