Great video, I run a 12 volt setup, it has 7gpm 100 psi pump, i'm noticing when i pull the trigger i get my full distance then within 5 seconds or so my distance drops about 6 or 10 feet, it has 1/2" hose on the reel. coming out of my metering system is a 3/4" hose feeding the pump, i have 1/2" water line and 1/2" bleach line going into the metering valves. Any ideas Thanks
Tim I’m running a shurflow 5.3 90 psi I have a 3/4 inch intake hose running to solution to 3/4 inch feeder hose to a 3/8ths hose reel manifold that had 100 ft of 5/8 flexzilla with a Softwash gun off Amazon the blue gun 16 gpm …I have a hard time keeping that pump with consistent pressure it’s almost like the pressure builds great but as soon as I spray it can’t keep up anything to. Change?
3/4 from the mixer to the pump. 1/2 out. You have to remember the pump is 1/2 and so is the hose reel. I’ve tested other options and we land back at this for the best all around performance.
@@ExpertPowerWashspraying with 1/2" hose or 5/8" hose? Your comment leads me to think 1/2", keeping everything consistent with pump outlet size, hose reel in/out.
Tim, I hope all is well. Great work on the 12 volt set up. I agree with you that the 12 volt has its place. Wash on brother!!
Thank you! Hope you are off to a great season!
Well done! I like the design and build.
Thank you!

Sounds like air in the line for sure. Go through every single piece of your plumbing.
That set up sure looks familiar. Keep up the good work. Enjoy your vids.
Thanks, will do!
Great video. When will you have more available? It shows out of stock on your website.
Waiting for a delivery.

So if you were using this pump three times a week and flush them out how long do you think these will actually last what’s your experience?
It would vary. I’d be happy with 3 months.

Does the Remco 7GPM need to be adjusted when first set up with the small star key?
Thanks.
Can you tell me where I can find that rocker switch? Thanks
We sell it. pressurewashingskids.com/products/soft-wash-12-volt-switch?_pos=3&_psq=Switch&_ss=e&_v=1.0
Does it damage the pump leaving this outside in the elements?
Not at all. Just don’t let it freeze which is pretty standard would everything.
@@ExpertPowerWash I’ve been told from others that the pump should be upside down? Is this correct?
Tim, when you guys set these up on your rigs what size plumbing do you use coming into and out of the pumps? Great video!

Do you sell this setup on it's own?
Yes I do. Here’s the like, pressurewashingskids.com/products/mounted-remco-5-3-gpm-60-psi-softwash-pump?_pos=3&_psq=Pump&_ss=e&_v=1.0
@@ExpertPowerWash thanks for the quick response I'll be ordering one next week
I thought that a 5.5 12vollt would be way faster flow than a 4gpm gas
Well it's pushing more GPM but it's only 100 psi but your average 4 GPM Gas might be pushing a little less water but it is also 4000psi
