    So much detail in this rig, clients do pay attention to your rig. Thank you for sharing. I do like the power distribution modules while using your car to charge the batteries. Awesome work

    Excellent work! Everything, even the good stuff either breaks or has maintenance issues but when you build it from the ground up you can usually figure out what to fix and get back to doing business! 🎉💪👊🏼

    Holy smokes man! That is an amazing rig. It is clear that you've put a lot of thought into this. I am saving this for later for improvements. So many great tips in this one video. I'm a noob to the game but you've go tmy gears spinning.

    That's one bad to the bone trailer. You even have room to add a burner. I also enjoy taking my rig down every year and refining the setup. It's well worth the time going through every fitting, hose, oring, ect.

    Great looking rig & nice build! I like the idea of the fuel distribution block but why not just add a pulse fuel pump to the Comet since the 8 & 10 have fuel pumps? Also, do you have a link for the fuel distribution block? Thanks & the rig looks great!

    Great looking trailer.
    The only advice is the cross brace ....creat an x brace(I like symmetry)
    Then order or make a plate sqr or rectangle
    And mount stuff on it.
    Just my 2cents...lol
    Still great work

    • @mr.misterpowerwashing8562
      @mr.misterpowerwashing8562  7 місяців тому +2

      The reels unfortunately interfere with a brace going to that side of the rack. Trust me I tried every possible scenario twice because it drives my OCD nuts 😂

    Great looking trailer! Couple of questions: what size pump are you using for the water fed pole? Where did you get the work/strap light that goes around your buffer tank? Finally, flow pro versus smart bypass - I need to put one on the trailer and can’t decide which one. Thanks!

    • @mr.misterpowerwashing8562
      @mr.misterpowerwashing8562  7 місяців тому +1

      Thanks! WFP pump is a surflo 8000-543-238. 100 psi at 1.8gpm. The caution lights are off of Amazon, I’ll include the link. Flow pro and smart bypass are basically the same thing. I have the flow pro from Jud for the pressure side, and bypass from John for the P40 side. They offer different warranty options. I’ve dealt with both guys, and no complaints from either. Kid has warranties twice for my unit already with no cost to me on the failures. 110% customer service.

    Nice trailer! Question. I noticed that small brown tank by your buffet tank. Idk if I missed it on the video. But I have a big one that came with my used trailer. Do you replace the stuff inside it? And where to get it

    • @mr.misterpowerwashing8562
      @mr.misterpowerwashing8562  7 місяців тому +1

      Yes thats a DI filter. You replace the resin in it, and you can get that from WCR

    The best setup I've seen! Did you run 3/4" or 1" tubing for the 10 gpm 24 volt?

    • @mr.misterpowerwashing8562
      @mr.misterpowerwashing8562  7 місяців тому

      Thank you! I ran all 1” to the 3-way valve splitting it off from the P40. And 3/4” to the pump itself from there. Only about 1’ away

    Will that fuel pump work on a gx390 and where do you buy it

    • @mr.misterpowerwashing8562
      @mr.misterpowerwashing8562  6 місяців тому

      Yes it will. Any aftermarket brand 12v fuel pump will work, as long as it doesnt put out more than 3.5psi or so. I got my last one off of amazon. www.amazon.com/dp/B01IR6BNKY?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details

    We had trouble using an external fuel pump because there isn't a pressure switch. The 1st time the valve doesn't get turned to off, hose lines would break because pump did not stop. Our final solution to it all was to elevate the fuel tank and gravity feed to all.

  • @ktpowerwashing
    @ktpowerwashing 6 місяців тому

    Well thought out however I hate to be the bearer of bad news. You're gonna hate it all once you start using it full time. Leaks, leaks, you have so many vulnerable points.

    • @EternalGaze8
      @EternalGaze8 6 місяців тому

      Hey there. I’m new here. May you elaborate what points and why? Given stats on how often under these circumstances they would leak?

    • @ktpowerwashing
      @ktpowerwashing 6 місяців тому +1

      @@EternalGaze8 understand by no means am I putting down your build. It's well thought out. However you will soon find out that every fitting is leak vulnerable x2 (1 each end). Especially any plumbing that has Sh running through it. It sucks, it sucks Bad. So frustrating. So what happens is, say you get a leak on the suction side of your soft wash, anything that connected to that is now non functional which always leads to tearing apart the build just to get something to work well enough to get you through the job. Intent of "rebuilding" that night when you get home. Now being tired from cleaning, you have to some how find time to squeeze in multiple frustrating hours to rebuild what you tore apart all because of a broken poly hose barb or blown nipple oring or whatever it is. It's not possible to have extra parts on hand at all times because you never know what's going to break. Trailers going down the road bounce and bounce which leads to things coming loose and/or breaking. Never at a good time. Simpler the better you will see down the road. If you have no issues you will be a 1%er. Again, great build ideas, I'm just playing realities devil advocate. Example, today we had a brand new, actually used 1 time, clear manifold crack. Well that's it! Soft washing using mixing valves was no longer am option on the 6,000 sqft white stucco home today. We ended up pulling out the rolling 4gpm and we xjetted the entire job. Go figure! $30,000 rig and we ended up using an old 4gpm 4000 psi unit on wheels. Wth?!? Simpler is better in the end. Way less headaches to deal with. 10gpm pwasher to rinse, 4gpm to xjet, 18" surface cleaner, 250' pressure hose, 200 ft garden hose, xjet, 5 gallon bucket, and sh can do ANY job and I mean ANY job (with exception to heated needed surfaces). Sure 28 inch surface cleaner is faster BUT when you have a surface that is further than your pressure hose can reach from the trailer, you can easily roll out the 4gpm pwasher and wheel on down to the surface needing to be cleaned and use the 18" surf cleaner. 28" wouldn't work well enough for the 4gpm. Yes everything can work but efficiently they cannot. If anyone argues what I just laid out to you then they haven't cleaned most everything out there. We have. Wish you the best, stop building and go Wash. You're missing out on prime time business right now. Season will tighten up before you know it and it's gonna hurt financially. Best of success to you. Take note of yrs of experience from each of the commentary. 90% of them are new to the industry. I'm not knocking them, they are ALL correct when they compliment your rig. But the experienced washers, ones that have washed at least 100 homes know why that build is trouble waiting to happen. I wish much success to Everyone on here.

      This is the exact one I have, as I had it laying around. However you can use any electric fuel pump as long as it doesn’t put out more than 3.5psi.

    Your all lucky to be able to set up a trailer. Where I live, you would never find space to park a truck and trailer. When I do my build I am doing a van. If I did a truck, the equipment would be too exposed to thieves.
