im 20 and LOVE Oasis. i just got a tattoo dedicated to them not long ago. it says ''Live Forever'' one of their best songs. Im american but if they get back together i HAVE to go to England to watch it. I'd probably cry tears of joy, love those two so much.

Imagine an official release of early Oasis like Earls Court 95, tracks performed at the White Room, Maine Road 96, Gmex 97 BHN tour, Jools Holland 2000, Manchester 05 (but was on DVD) and Wembley 08. Just to name a few.
Liam lives such a more peaceful and happier life these days, taking better care of himself & his voice. He's definitely mellowed out & calmed down with age, whilst still being the same dude, he has a perfect balance. He's the best and there's no one like him, just love him.

Hitting the notes doesn't always mean it sounds better tho, its all subjective, however I prefer the rasp and tone of Liam's voice over Noel's typically softer, much cleaner voice, but at the end of the day, Liam is likely gonna hit a lot more sour notes than Noel will, but when you've got 3 guitars blasting and the crowd singing louder than you are, than who even cares if he's 10 cents flat on a couple notes per song. He adds an attitude and demeanor to his singing that Noel just doesn't have

Obviously we'd prefer if he sounded like he did in 96-97 and he has off nights, but overall his voice is leaps ahead of where it was 10 years ago. This is still a Noel song IMO, but there are definitely songs that are more suited to Liam's voice that Noel sung instead. For example, Step Out, Where Did It All Go Wrong, Full On, Sunday Morning Call, etc. Like I said tho, music is subjective, this is primarily just my opinion.

Spot on. I got into Oasis in my mid teens 2/3 years after they broke up. I was 20 when As You Were came out so I feel privileged that I'm spending my 20s seeing Liam play live. Can't wait for next summer

@@antonmk1244 prob yeah I think and auto tune is a lot better than it was say 10 years ago so more subtle but it's more effects to draw out his singing, compression, reverb, delay,he can sing with less effort and it's thickening his vocals, basically he wouldn't sound like that with a microphone going directly into the pa with no effects.... Still sounds good though

Saw him at Co-Op live in Manchester this year. Probably the best shape his voice has been since the early 2000’s on this tour. And his band sounds so much better tighter. Especially with Bonehead joining full time now. Geezer.
