Vauxhall Vivaro 1.9 DCI Engine Install

Now then guys here we have a little video as we’ve been making abit of progress on the vivaros we’ve got, my white vans now up and running, joshs blue vans engines assembled ready for gearbox fitting and installing back into his van.
We also had a mishap when stripping the turbo down to replace the turbo cassette where 2 of the bolts to the hot side of the turbo snapped flush with the housing, so that required drilling out and retapping so we could reassemble the Turbocharger unit.

Cheers Kevin, we’ve do that job twice recently once on the white vivaro and on joshs blue vivaro too, we got that started Tuesday so we know she’s a runner too (no video on that one) the white vivaros gonna be getting a bit more work soon when the next few bits arrive

Where did you get the engine from and how much did it cost? I've replaced everything on this van and only engine left so I reckon it'll go soon cos that's what Vivaros do!
